FORMS

The Forms pages contain many publications that volunteer leaders or parents may download or view. A form is a document that must be filled out. Most of the forms are in PDF (Portable Document Format) and can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded for free by clicking on the logo below.

If you have Acrobat, but for some reason it does not start when you click on the links, you can right click on the link and select "Save Target As." This allows you to save the file on your computer or wherever you choose. Then, launch Acrobat and open the PDF from the location where it was saved.

Be sure you submit the current BSA Local Tour Permit

BSA Local Tour Permit changed in 2008.  Please be sure you are using the most current version of the form when you are submitting trip information to the Council Service Center. The newest form is BSA Form #34426 - Revised 2007 - 2008 Printing.
