Unit Showcase

Unit Showcase FormExternal Link - Use this form as a guide for your own unit showcase at Roundtable. Each month we highlight one Pack and one Troop in the District with a 3 minute max summary of  your unit, it's history, membership, strengths and challenges, and what makes it unique.  If you would like to volunteer your unit to be showcased, please contact your Roundtable Commissioner, Eric Silva.

Frontier District Awards

Each calendar year the Frontier district recognizes volunteers that go above and beyond to provide leadership, dedication, and invaluable service to the youth in their units, the district, and the council.

Frontiersman Award

The Frontiersman Award is presented yearly to recognize worthy adults. Any adult registered and serving at the unit level is eligible to receive the award. Every Frontier District (Pack, Troop, or Crew) is entitled to select ONE adult per year to receive the award. The unit committee should screen, select, and forward the response form to the Frontier District, Hawk Mountain Council, BSA. You can download a nomination form.

District Award of Merit

Available to registered Scouters who render service of an outstanding nature at the district level. You can download a nomination form.

Silver Beaver

Recipients of this award are registered adult leaders who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the council. The Silver Beaver is an award given to those who implement the Scouting program and perform community service through hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication, and many years of service. It is given to those who do not actively seek it.
