Promotion Reception for David G. Horton

The Hawk Mountain Council is pleased to report that David Horton has been selected as the next Scout Executive of the Hudson Valley Council in Newburgh, NY effective January 16, 2013.

Please join us in congratulating David as he begins the next chapter of his Scouting career. Although no words or recognition can adequately express our appreciation, we will be holding a celebration reception for David on the evening of Monday, January 14, 2013 at the Crowne Plaza in Wyomissing, PA.
