Black Rock District Re-Charter Turn-In

March is Charter Re-newel month for Black Rock District units.  The District is conducting two formal Turn-In days, February 23 and March 13.  On February 23, Units may turn in their re-charter packet at the Hawk Mountain Satellite Service Center, HMSR, between the hours of 9 am and 12 pm.  On March 13, Units may turn in their re-charter packet at the Black Rock District Round Table which will take place at Holy Family School in Frackville, PA, beginning at 7 pm.  Of course Units are always welcome to turn in their re-charter packet at the Hawk Mountain Satellite Service Center when it is complete.  We ask that you call the Center at 570.754.7552 to set up a time for drop-off.

Re-chartering is a very timely event and is required to ensure unit success.  Please make all effort to turn in unit re-charter packets prior to the end of March.
