Black Rock District First-ever Cub Scout Eggstravaganza
Look out! The First-ever Cub Scout Eggstravaganza is coming to Black Rock District. The Eggstravaganza is designed to be a fun filled event for all and will take place April 13 at Hawk Mountain Scout Reservation.
There are two events, an egg hunt and an egg drop. The egg hunt consists of an open-field scavenger hunt. Then cub scouts will test their engineering ability by building an egg-drop egg shuttle,
prior to the event, that will be dropped from a gazillion miles in the air (which is about the same height of the porch at the Marlin Miller Conference Center). Cub Scout aged siblings along with their parent or legal guardian are welcome to attend. Adults may help with the building of the cub's egg shuttle.
Please note that participants must bring their own egg(s), not boiled, cooked, or fried as well as their shuttles. Shuttles must be built prior to arrival at the event.
